Online Platter Ordering Instructions

To ensure we prepare your order with the highest quality and care, all platter orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance.
How to Place Your Order:
  1. Select your Store Pick-Up Location from the dropdown menu.
  2. Choose your Desired Pick-Up Date (minimum 3 days from today).
  3. Pick a Pick-Up Time that works for you.
  4. Once you've selected all three options, the available items will be shown.
Important Notes About Availability:
  • Each store has a limited hourly capacity for preparing items.
  • If no items appear after you’ve made your selections, it means:
    • That time slot is fully booked, or
    • The store has reached its limit for production of that item at that time.
To see more available items, try:
  • Selecting a different pick-up time
  • Choosing a different pick-up date
  • Switching to another store location
Why This Happens:
Our system automatically hides items that are no longer available due to other customers placing orders for the same time slot. This helps us prevent overbooking and ensures all orders are prepared on time. Thank you for your understanding!
Each order is only for one pick-up date and time. Please place separate orders for pick up on different dates and times.
